Vertical continuous thermal processing systems

CeraCon offers you the vertical continuous thermal processing systems in three different designs:

Paternoster systems

vertical systems with chain

vertical walking beam (vwb)

Paternoster systems have been the first space-saving thermal systems and are still part of our product range.

This technology was advanced by our vertical systems equipped with a chain inside. The parts are placed on workpiece carriers and move through the towers.

Supports mounted on the chains are used to carry the workpiece carriers and to move them up- and downwards through the tower. In every section of the oven you can choose a different temperature. Several process towers can be put one after the other.

Do your parts have to be constantly in horizontal position during the transport through the vertical oven? Do lubricants for the chain have bad influence on your product? Do you want to have a special climate (e.g. high humidity) inside the process chamber?

Then our vertical continuous oven combined with the vwb technology will be the perfect solution. By means of a special lifting technology the parts are moving in absolutely horizontal position through the vertical oven. Humidity inside the process chamber does not harm the drive system. The drives and the guidances are working without any lubricants.
