FOAMPLY - the new foam application technology

The FOAMPLY system offers you the possibility to apply foam gaskets directly to the part that needs to be sealed up (FIPFG = formed in place foam gasketing).

Depending on the type of material, there are two different possibilities to cure the foam:

curing by humidity
without using an additional heating device

rapid curing
in app. 5 minutes at a temperature of
80°C. Immediately after the curing process
the parts can be used for the next
production step.
